Indian coconut flavor curry sauce

This is a little recipe of curry sauce with garlic powder and onion powder in it. It’s coconut flavor, I learn it from one of my friend, it’s really tasty.

Materials:

A: one spoon fennel, two spoon garlic powder, one spoon chili powder, two spoon olive oil, one spoon cream oil

B: two spoon onion powder, two spoon coriander slices, two spoon ginger powder, 400ml coconut juice.

Steps:

1, put the olive oil and cream oil in a pot and heat it to melt, then put all the materials in batch A into the pot, cook it for about 2 minutes.

2, put the materials in batch B into the pot and keep cooking.

3, after 3 minutes of cooking, put about 80ml water in the pot and stew it for about 10 minutes.

4,blend coconut juice with the spice sauce, put it into an agitator and fully stir it for 1 minutes. Then it’s done

Summary: this sauce can be used to stew chicken, beef, vegetable and other food, just put proper salt in it. With just one taste, you will fall in love with it!
